very commendable - I LOATHE drawing black dogs. Especially when you get a photo taken with a flash GGRRRRR. But this one is lovely!!
Any portrait from a flash photo is horrible. I try to coach my clients before that stage to work hard on getting a lot of different reference so I can piece together the best shots. And work a lot with the computer to see the unseeable!
